• Contact Data: Email address, phone number, postal address
• Payment Data: Transaction history (processed via Razorpay; we do not store card numbers)
• Attendance Data: QR scan logs, class attendance records, timestamps (IST)
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration
• Media: Photographs and videos taken during classes, events, and performances

3. How We Use Your Information

• Student enrollment and portal account management
• Attendance tracking and reporting
• Fee collection and payment receipts
• Certificate and diploma issuance
• Communication regarding classes, events, and academy updates
• Website analytics and improvement

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• CID UNESCO (certification verification)

5. Data Retention

Student records are retained for 7 years post-graduation. Payment records are retained as required by Indian tax law (minimum 8 years).
