1. Acceptance

By enrolling at Genesis Studio or using our student/parent portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full admission fee.
Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing reasons.
Students must maintain current contact information in their portal profile.

3. Classes & Schedule

Class schedules are subject to change. Students will be notified via portal and SMS.
Academy may substitute instructors without prior notice.
Classes cancelled due to public holidays or force majeure will not be compensated monetarily but may be rescheduled.

4. Fees

All fees are due by the 5th of each month.
Late payment attracts a penalty of ₹200 per week after the 10th.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards instructors, peers, and academy property. Violation may result in immediate suspension or expulsion.

6. Intellectual Property

All choreography, course materials, and recordings produced by the academy are the intellectual property of Genesis Studio.

7. Limitation of Liability

The academy is not liable for personal injuries sustained during classes beyond the scope of its insurance coverage. Students enroll at their own risk and are encouraged to disclose any medical conditions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
