Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2025

1. Admission Fees

Admission fees are non-refundable under all circumstances once enrollment is confirmed.

2. Monthly Tuition Fees

• Cancellation before the 1st of the month: Full refund
• Cancellation between 1st–10th: 50% refund
• Cancellation after 10th: No refund

3. Workshop & Event Tickets

• Cancellation 7+ days before event: Full refund
• Cancellation 3–6 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 72 hours: No refund
• If the academy cancels the event: Full refund within 7 working days

4. Razorpay Payments

Refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Medical Exceptions

Students with a certified medical condition preventing attendance may request a fee freeze for up to 3 months. A medical certificate must be submitted within 7 days of absence.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@genesisstudio.com with your student ID, payment receipt, and reason. Responses within 3 working days.
